REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE Quezon City September 10, 2003 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 53-2003 SUBJECT: Loss of Two (2) Tax Credit Certificates TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees, and others Concerned ________________________________________________________________________ Notice is hereby given of the loss of two (2) Tax Credit Certificates with the following data: TAXPAYERS NAME SERIAL NUMBER Eastern Dragon International Textile Corporation SN 009503 Eastern Dragon International Textile Corporation SN 009504 The abovementioned TCC's were reported as lost by Atty. Regulus Cabote, tax counsel of above named taxpayer, and have consequently been cancelled. All official transactions involving the use of said TCC's are therefore considered as INVALID. Internal revenue officials, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in the event that the aforesaid TCC's are found and to take the necessary measures to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use of the same.
