D E C I S I O N
A claim against the estates of the deceased D.P. Robledo for P500, amount alleged to be due for services rendered by plaintiff, was presented to the commissioners and disallowed. The court below, on appeal from commissioners' award, basing judgment upon the weight of the evidence, ordered that the claim be paid. Judgment affirmed.
