HOMICIDE WITHOUT INTENT; MITIGATING CIRCUMSTANCES.—From the Court of First Instance of Ilocos Norte. Accused were found guilty of homicide without intent to produce such a result A threat by the deceased held to constitute a second mitigating circumstance. Judgment modified; sentence reduced.
