Employees and Others Concerned - Notice is hereby given of the loss of one (1) unused set of BIR Form No. 2524 Revenue Official Receipt (ROR) with the hereunder stated serial number, to wit: ROR201301339200 The abovementioned form was neported as }ost by Ms. Narissa C. Podes, Administrative Offiqer IV, Revenue Distrist Office No. 10, Revenue Region No. 2, Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) Baguio City, and have consequently been cancelled. All official transactions involving the use of said form is therefore considered as NVALID.
