SUBJECT "SEMINAR - WORKSHOP ON THE ENFORCEMENT AND PROSECUTION OF VIOLATORS OF ENVIRONMENTAL AND FORESTRY LAWS" AT THE HOTEL SUPREME, BAGUIO CITY, ON MAY 26 - 28, 1993

The drive against illegal logging and other violations against forestry laws could gain ground only if the agencies involved in the program are made aware of the roles they have to play towards its efficacy.

To this end, the Department of Environment and Natural Resources jointly with the Department of Justice and the Institute of Judicial Administration, is conducting a Seminar - Workshop on the "Enforcement cuid Prosecution of Violators of Environmental and Forestry Laws" on May 26 -28, 1993, at the Hotel Supreme, Baguio City.

Deputy Court Administrator JUANITO A. BERNAD is a guest lecturer on the topic "Role of the Judiciary" on May 26, 1993, Wednesday.
