Subject: Australia and New Zealand Banking Corporation Limited (Philippine Branch) - Conversion to a Universal Bank
The Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 111 dated 29 January 2010, approved the upgrading of the Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited to a universal bank. The Bank started its operations as a universal bank on 19 March 2010.
