The Integrated Bar of the Philippines, Negros Oriental Chapter, in cooperation with the U.P. Law Center, is holding a General Law Practice Institute in Dumaguete City in the afternoon of September 2.7 and September 28 1991.
All judges of Negros Oriental are hereby authorized to attend on OFFICIAL TIME.
