AN ACT TO AMEND CERTAIN ITEMS IN REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-SEVEN HUNDRED AND ONE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Items (p) and (r) under Group III, for the Province of Cebu, page 340, paragraph (c), Section two of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and one are hereby amended to read as follows:

"(p) Carcar Municipal Hall, Carcar Construction

P50,000.00"

"(r) Tungkop Elementary School Building, Minglanilla Repair and remodeling

7,500.00"

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
