SUBJECT : Circularizing the Updated List of Accredited Microfinance Non-Government Organizations (NGOs)

TO :All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned

For the information and guidance of all internal revenue officers, employees and others concerned, we are publishing herewith the "Updated List of Microfinance NGOs Accredited by the Microfinance NGO Regulatory Council (MNRC) as of February 26, 2025

for a period of three (3) years from the date of issuance, unless earlier revoked by the MNRC otherwise known as the "Microfinance NGOs Act", a Certificate of Accreditation shall be valid Under the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act (RA) No. 10693.

for good cause after review.

Included in the said list are the twenty-four (24) Accredited MF-NGOs as of February 26, 2025.

All concerned are hereby enjoined to give this Circular as wide a publicity as possible
