REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8802 - AN ACT DECLARING THE 2ND OF AUGUST OF EVERY YEAR AS A SPECIAL WORKING PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF BUTUAN
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: SECTION 1. August 2 of every year is hereby declared as a special working public holiday in the City of Butuan, in recognition and in commemoration of the city's charter foundation day.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
