REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5007 - AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF P25,000 AS AID TO THE MUNICIPALITY OF NEW LUCENA, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE SITE OCCUPIED BY THE TOWN HALL AND PUBLIC PLAZA INCLUDING THE IMPROVEMENT OF SAID SITE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: SECTION 1. The sum of twenty-five thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, as aid to the Municipality of New Lucena, Province of Iloilo, for the purchase of the site occupied by the town hall and public plaza, including the improvement of said site.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
