O n March 28, 2019, the Court issued a Minute Resolution granting petitioner's mo tion. H ence, petitioner was granted a final and non-extendible period of fifteen (15) days fro m March 21, 2019 or until April 5, 2019 within which to ftle the Petition for Review. O n April 5, 2019, petitioner flied a "Manifestation with Notice of Withdrawal" stating that after thorough consideration, petitioner decided to withdraw its interest to ftle the said Petition for Review and opted to avail of the remedies under the Tax Amnesty Act instead. Petitioner prayed that the
