TO : THE JUDGES AND THE COURT PERSONNEL OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL AND THE MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURT IN CITIES OF CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY

SUBJECT : CELEBRATION OF THE 111™ ANNIVERSARY OF THE SUPREME COURT

The Judges and the Court Personnel of the Regional Trial Court of Misamis Oriental and the Municipal Trial Court in Cities of Ca^ayan de Oro City will be celebrating the IIIth Anniversary of the Supreme Court of the Philippines on June 8 and 11, 2012. The celebration will include the following activities, to wit:

June 8, 2012

- Tree-planting - Medical Mission - Volleyball Games - Fun Games

June 11, 2012

- Fun Walk - Flag Ceremony - Mass - Continuation of Games - Closing and Awarding Ceremonies

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the activities on OFFICIAL TIME provided that their court calendars are properly managed and parties are. notified of any cancelled hearings. A skeletal force shall be maintained in all branches/offices to attend to official business or transactions of the court.

Ms. Susan C. Amigo, Acting Chapter President-PACE Cagayan de Oro City Chapter, shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the activities.
