SUBJECT : Circularizing the Updated List of Accredited Microfinance Non-Government Organizations (NGOs)

TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned

concerned, we are publishing herewith the "Updated List of Microfinance NGOs Accredited by the Microfinance NGO Regulatory Council (MNRC) as of September 2023 For the information and guidance of all internal revenue officers, employees and others

otherwise known as the "Microfinance NGOs Act", a Certificate of Accreditation shall be valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of issuance, unless earlier revoked by the MNRC. Under the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act (RA) No. 10693

Included in the said list are the Accredited MF-NGOs for the periods 2022 to 2025 and 2023 to 2026, and the MF-NGO Certificate-of Accreditation revoked by the MNRC effective September 27, 2023.

All concerned are hereby enjoined to give this Circular as wide a publicity as possible.
