REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9747 - AN ACT RENAMING THE OCCIDENTAL MINDORO NATIONAL COLLEGE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JOSE, PROVINCE OF OCCIDENTAL MINDORO AS THE OCCIDENTAL MINDORO STATE COLLEGE

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representative of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The Occidental Mindoro National College in the Municipality of San Jose, Province of Occidental Mindoro is hereby renamed as the "Occidental Mindoro State College".

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in at least two (2) newspapers of general circulation.
