REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4272 - AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF THE AMOUNT OF THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS OUT OF ANY FUNDS IN THE NATIONAL TREASURY NOT OTHERWISE APPROPRIATED, FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE OUTSTANDING OBLIGATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLAVERIA, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, IN FAVOR OF CERTEZA SURVEYING COMPANY.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The amount of three hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the payment of the outstanding obligation of the Municipality of Claveria, Province of Cagayan, in favor of Certeza Surveying Company.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
