SUBJECT:Amending the FOI templates (Annex A,B,C,D) prescribed

of Freedom of Information (FOI) Reports in RM0 Nos. 45-2018 and 50-2018 relative to the Submission

TO All Regional Directors, Revenue District Officers and Concerned

Offices in the BIR National Office

(Annex A), Consolidated FOI Registry Report (Annex B), FOI Summary Report (Annex C) and FOI Agency Information Inventory (Annex D) prescribed in This Order is being issued to amend the templates for FOI Registry Report

Revenue Memorandum Order Nos. 45-2018 and 50-2018, which direct the Submission of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Reports pursuant to FOi Memorandum Circular No. 1 s. 2018 issued by the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO).

The revised FOI templates are attached herewith for the information and compliance of all concerned.

This Order shall take effect immediately.
