REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6226 - AN ACT CREATING THE BARRIO OF SALVACION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PANABO, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The sitio of Salvacion in the Municipality of Panabo, Province of Davao del Norte, is hereby converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as the Barrio of Salvacion.

The Barrio of Salvacion shall be bounded as follows:

"On the North, by the boundaries of the municipalities of Panabo and Carmen; on the East, beginning from the lot of Mr. Nicolas Lucedra running north parallel to the National Highway; on the South, by the Poblacion of Panabo; and on the West, beginning from the land of Dr. Jose Tongson running north parallel to the National Highway." SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
