REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7520 - AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE BUTUAN CITY GENERAL HOSPITAL IN AGUSAN DEL NORTE FROM ONE HUNDRED (100) TO ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE (125) BEDS, UPGRADING IT INTO A PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL TO BE KNOWN AS THE AGUSAN DEL NORTE PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The bed capacity of the Butuan City General Hospital in Agusan del Norte is hereby increased from one hundred (100) to one hundred twenty-five (125) beds and upgrading it into a provincial hospital to be known as the Agusan del Norte Provincial Hospital.

SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
