AN ACT CREATING THE BARRIO OF SAN RAFAEL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GUAGUA, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Duck Island in the Municipality of Guagua, Province of Pampanga, is hereby constituted into a barrio of the said municipality, which shall be known as the barrio of San Rafael.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
