Updated Reporting Templates and Database Structure of the Financial Reporting Package (FRP) and the Simplified FRP

Subject: Updated Reporting Templates and Database Structure of the Financial Reporting Package (FRP) and the Simplified FRP

Further to Memorandum No. M-2010-021 dated 20 July 2010 on Amendments to the Financial Reporting Package (FRP) and the Simplified FRP on Real and Other Properties Acquired (ROPA) and Non-Current Assets Held for Sale (NCAHS), banks are hereby advised of the following:

1. The updated FRP reporting templates (both solo and consolidated basis), the updated Simplified FRP reporting templates, the corresponding prescribed database structure and copy of the Control Prooflist incorporating the additional data requirements on ROPA and NCAHS can be downloaded from http://www.bsp.gov.ph/frp/templates or requested from:

2. The updated FRP/Simplified FRP and corresponding prooflist shall be adopted starting with the reporting period ending 31 December 2010 pursuant to Section 3 of Memorandum No. M-2010-021.

3. The present submission guidelines prescribed for the FRP/Simplified FRP and penalties for late and/or erroneous reporting provided under existing regulations still hereby apply.
