Mariano on January 29 , 2009 praying for the withdrawal of the Information filed in this case against the accused in compl iance with the Reso lution dated July 19, 2007 issued by Secretary Raul M. Gonzalez of the Department of Justice . Upon a careful perusal of the Resolution dated July 19, 2007 , duly signed by Secretary Raul M. Gonzalez of the Department of Justice directing the State Prosecutor handling this case to withdraw the Information against herein accused for Tax Evasion , the Court finds merit in the prosecution 's Motion to W ithdraw Information , and hereby GRANTS said motion .
