REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE March 18, 2003 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 7-2003 TO : All Revenue Officials and Employees SUBJECT : COMPOSITION OF THE REGIONAL SELECTION BOARD Pursuant to Civil Service Commission Resolution No. 010114 dated January 10, 2001 and CSC Memorandum Circular No. 03, series of 2001, Revised Policies on Merit Promotion Plan, the Regional Selection Board constituted under RMO NO. 31-96 dated October 18, 1996 is hereby amended as follows: Chairman - Regional Director or his/her duly Authorized representative Members - Chief of Division/RDO where the vacancy is located Head, Human Resource Management Unit Two (2) elected representatives from the rank and file of each division Secretariat - Human Resource Management Officer, HRMU The Board shall be guided strictly by the Civil Service Law and Rules on Appointments, Merit Promotion Plan, Systems of Ranking Positions, Performance Evaluation System and the list of promotable personnel as required under Revenue Memorandum Order No. 26-83 and other personnel policies of the Bureau.
