REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9070 - AN ACT DECLARING THE EIGHTEENTH OF DECEMBER OF EVERY YEAR AS A SPECIAL WORKING PUBLIC HOLIDAY THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY TO BE KNOWN AS THE GRACIANO LOPEZ-JAENA DAY
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. December 18 of every year is hereby declared as a special working public holiday throughout the country to be known as the Graciano Lopez-Jaena Day.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
