REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5537 - AN ACT CREATING THREE POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL FOR THE PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR, BY AMENDING SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, is further amended by inserting after the subparagraph relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Davao, the following new paragraph to read as follows:

"Davao del Sur, three assistant provincial fiscals;" SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
