REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2210 - AN ACT PROVINDING FOR THE CREATION OF AN ADDITIONAL POSITION OF MUNICIPAL JUDGE FOR THE CITY OF CAVITE, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SEVENTY-FOUR OF COMMONWEALTH ACT NUMBERED FIVE HUNDRED FORTY-SEVEN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The first paragraph of section seventy-four of Commonwealth Act Numbered Five hundred forty-seven, otherwise known as the Charter of the City of Cavite, is amended to read as follows:
"SEC. 74. Regular, auxiliary and acting judges of municipal court. —There shall be a municipal court for the City of Cavite, for which two municipal judges and an auxiliary municipal judge shall be appointed." SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
