Establishment and operation of RCBC Savings Bank as a thrift bank
CIRCULAR LETTER Series of 1996
TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions with Quasi-Banking Function
The Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 140 dated February 8, 1995, authorized the establishment and operation of RCBC Savings Bank as a thrift bank.
The Certificate of Authority to operate was signed/issued by the Governor on February 21, 1996.
The bank started operations on February 27, 1996.
