D E C I S I O N

JOHNSON, J.:

HOMICIDE.—From the Court of First Instance of Ilocos Norte. Defendants were charged with murder and pleaded "not guilty." Counsel contended that the crime should be classified as homicide and not as murder. This contention upheld, none of the circumstances mentioned in article 403, Penal Code, being present, and judgment of conviction was modified accordingly.
