REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9092 - AN ACT DECLARING EVERY 3RD DAY OF SEPTEMBER AS ARAW NG LABANAN SA IMUS, A SPECIAL WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF IMUS, CAVITE

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. September 3 of every year is hereby declared as Araw ng Labanan sa Imus, a special working holiday in the Municipality of Imus, Cavite, in commemoration of the historic "Labanan sa Imus."

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect immediately after its publication in two (2) newspapers of general circulation.
