REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2849 - AN ACT AMENDING CERTAIN ITEMS OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-THREE HUNDRED AND ONE, ENTITLED "AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR PUBLIC WORKS."

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Item ( a ) on page 441, under Group II for the Province of Negros Oriental, paragraph d , Section two of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred and one is hereby amended to read as follows:

"( a ) Lazi Municipal Building-

Construction --------------- P30, 000.00"

SEC. 2. Item No. 4 on page 587, under "Public Buildings," paragraph e, Section two of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred and one is hereby amended to as follows:

"4. Lazi-

( a ) Municipal Building ------------- P4,000.00"

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
