REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5071 - AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OP TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF CAGAYAN VALLEY AGRICULTURAL COLLEGE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LALLO, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN.

AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OP TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF CAGAYAN VALLEY AGRICULTURAL COLLEGE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LALLO, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the operation and maintenance of Cagayan Valley Agricultural College in the Municipality of Lallo, Province of Cagayan. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the General Appropriations Act.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
