M-201Qq1 To: Att BUREAU OF INTERNAT REVENUE AUTHORIZED AGENT BANKS Subject : Authority to Open/Extend Banking Operations To assist the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BlR) in receiving tax payments covering the calendar year 20L5, all BIR Authorized Agent Banks (AABs) are hereby authorized to: 1. Render banking services from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on two Saturdays (i.e., 19 March and 02 April 2015); and 2. Extend their banking operations up to 5:00 PM for the period 01 to 15 April2016. BIR-MBs are reminded to comply with the provisions of the last paragraph of Subsection X156.1 of the Manual of Regulations for Banks on banking hours beyond the minimum and banking services during holidays.
