REPUBLIC ACT NO. 752 - AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE COST OF PRINTING THE PRE-SURRENDER NINETEEN HUNDRED AND FORTY-ONE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL BANK EMERGENCY CIRCULATING NOTES ISSUED IN THE ISLAND OF PANAY UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES.

AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE COST OF PRINTING THE PRE-SURRENDER NINETEEN HUNDRED AND FORTY-ONE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL BANK EMERGENCY CIRCULATING NOTES ISSUED IN THE ISLAND OF PANAY UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The sum of sixty-nine thousand one hundred and sixty pesos, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated for the payment of the cost of printing the pre-surrender nineteen hundred and forty-one Philippine National Bank emergency circulating notes issued in the Island of Panay under the authority of the President of the Philippines.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
