TO : THE OFFICERS AND THE MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE TRIAL JUDGES LEAGUE, INC. (PTJLI)

SUBJECT : 21ST ANNUAL CONVENTION AND SEMINAR ON OCTOBER 22 TO 24, 2014 AT BORACAY ISLAND, MALAY, PROVINCE OF AKLAN

The Philippine Trial Judges League, Inc. (PTJLI) will hold its 21 st Annual Convention and Seminar on October 22 to 24, 2014 at Boracay Island, Malay, Province of Aklan.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention and seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and that parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

The authority shall be for three (3) days only including travel time.

Judge Marlon Jay G. Moneva, President of the PTJLI, shall submit a report on the conduct of the convention and seminar with a complete list of the judges who attended it to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
