X----- -- -- ------ ----------X ORDER When this case was called for pre-trial conference, only Atty. Lara Nicole T. Gonzales appeared as lead counsel for the respondent together with Atty. Christine Catimbang. Records show that a "Motion to Withdraw Petition " was fi led by petitioner on September 26, 2022, copy furni shed respondent' s counsel by personal service on September 27, 2022. However, Atty. Gonzales manifested that she has not received a copy thereof. Subsequently, Atty. Gonzales was informed by the Court of the ground alleged in the said motion, namely, that petitioner is no longer interested in the further prosecution of the case and would like to explore other options, such as but not limited to, pursuing the assessment at the administrative level. Thereafter, she manifested that she has no objection thereto . Hence, the manifestation is NOTED. Accordingly, there being no objection interposed by Atty. Gonzales, the "Motion to Withdraw Petition " is hereby GRANTED. This case is hereby considered CLOSED and TERMINATED. SO ORDERED.
