AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE DANIEL Z. ROMUALDEZ MEMORIAL SCHOOL OF FISHERIES IN TOLOSA, LEYTE, TO LEYTE STATE SCHOOL OF FISHERIES
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The name of the Daniel Z. Romualdez Memorial School of Fisheries in Tolosa, Leyte, is hereby changed to Leyte State School of Fisheries.
SEC. 2. The College shall offer secondary course in fisheries, short-term technical or vocational courses, and higher technological and professional instruction and training in fisheries as may be authorized by the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
