D E C I S I O N

MAPA, J.:

ROBBERY.—From the Court of First Instance of Nueva Ecija. The evidence showed that defendant in company with others, and with threats to kill if any resistance was made, took a carabao from the person in charge of same. Proof held sufficient to justify the conviction. Judgment affirmed.
