Please be advised that Central Bank Registration Document (CBRDs) Nos. CB FEOID (FI) 90-00429 and 91-00279 dated 30 October 1990 and 10 June 1991, respectively, evidencing registration of foreign direct investment of NEC Corporation of Japan in NEC Technologies Philippines, Inc., has been reported lost. Above-mentioned document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or dividends remittance pursuant to Section 40 of CB Circular No. 1389 dated April 1993, as amended CELIA M.
