Copies of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure with the annotations of Justice Y. Feria, Co-Chairman of the Revision of the Rules of Court which drafted the new Rules, are being printed and shall shortly be distributed to all judges. The annotated book shall serve as ready reference in the proper application of the Rules.
