Subject: Revocation of License to Operate as a Non-Stock Savings and Loan Association (NSSLA) of Fisheries Savings and Loan Association, Inc.
The Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 604 dated 23 April 2009, approved the revocation of license top operate as an NSSLA of FISHERIES SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, INC. in accordance with Sectiopn 4631S of the Implementing Rules and Regulations for R.A. 8367, the "Revised Non-Stock Savings and Loan Association Act of 1997."
