AN ACT CONVERTING CALINOG MATERNITY AND CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CALINOG, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, INTO AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The Calinog Maternity and Children's Hospital in the Municipality of Calinog, Province of Iloilo, is hereby converted into an emergency hospital to be known as Calinog Emergency Hospital.
SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the conversion, operation and maintenance of said hospital during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-five.Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
