REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6671 - AN ACT RENAMING BARANGAY CAPUTATAN IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARAGONDON, PROVINCE OF CAVITE, TO BE KNOW AS BARANGAY SAN MIGUEL AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

Be it enacted by the Senate and the House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The Barangay Caputatan in the Municipality of Maragondon, Province of Cavite, is hereby renamed to Barangay San Miguel.

SEC. 2. The Department of Local Government and Community Development, through the Provincial Board of Cavite, and the Municipal Council of Maragondon, Provincial of Cavite, is hereby directed to carry out the purpose of this act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the Senate and House of Representatives on August 12, 1988 and June 2, 1988 respectively.
