TO All Internal Revenue Officials and Employees

OBJECTIVE:

This Order is issued to:

1. Inform all concerned of the renaming of various Revenue Regions (RRs) of the Bureau of Internal Revenue; and

2 Eliminate possible confusion resulting from inconsistencies of the names and actual Iocations of certain RRs, which may lead to difficulties for taxpayers in availing/accessing BIR services.

H RENAMING OF BIR REVENUE REGIONS (RRs):

1. RR No. 3 -- Tuguegarao City is renamed as RR No. 3 -- Cagayan Valley

2. RR No. 10 -- Legazpi City is renamed as RR No. 10 -- Bicol Region;

3. RR No. 17 -- Butuan City is renamed as RR No. 17 -- Caraga Region; and

4. RR No. 19 -- Davao City is renamed as RR No. 19 -- Davao Region.

rePeALing Clause:

issuances or portions thereof inconsistent herewith. Administrative Order (RAO) No. 1-2017 dated April 26, 2017 and all other revenue This Order repeals and/or amends accordingly pertinent provisions of Revenue

IN. EFFECTIVItY:

This Order shall take effect immediately.
