AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF SELECTED REGIONAL TRIAL COURT JUDGES AT THE VALIDATION WORKSHOP OF THE SECOND DRAFT OF THE HELPBOOK ON COMBATING HUMAN TRAFFICKING IN THE PHILIPPINES

In addition to the participants listed in Administrative Circular No. 81-2013, the following are hereby authorized to attend the "Validation Workshop of the Second Draft of the Helpbook on Combating Human Trafficking in the Philipines" which will be held on November 8, 2013, at the Diamond Hotel, Manila:

1. Hon. Maria Celestina C. Mangrobang RTC, Br. 38, Manila

2. Hon. Geraldine Fiel Macaraig RTC Br. 192, Marikina City

3. Hon. Lorna C. Chua-Cheng RTC Br. 168, Marikina City

Attendance in this seminar-workshop shall be MANDATORY and ON OFFICIAL TIME.

The participating judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
