REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5094 - AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION ANNUALLY OF THE ADDITIONAL SUM OF THREE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE COLLEGE DEPARTMENT OF THE ILOCOS NORTE INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BATAC, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE.

AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION ANNUALLY OF THE ADDITIONAL SUM OF THREE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE COLLEGE DEPARTMENT OF THE ILOCOS NORTE INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BATAC, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The additional sum of three hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated annually, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the operation and maintenance of the College Department of the Ilocos Norte Institute of Technology.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval
