Alban appeared for the petitioner, while Atty. Sylvia R. Alma Jose appeared for the respondent, together with Atty. Bernardino Paul Somera, Jr. Petitioner's counsel manifested that he filed a uMotion to Withdraw Petition" on June 4, 20 15, alleging that petitioner is in the process of applying for a compromise agreement with the Bureau of Internal Revenue for the settlement of petitioner's alleged deficiency taxes for taxable year 2007; and that petitioner wi ll no longer pursue the present petition. Respondent's counsel manifested that she absolutely has no objection thereto. In view thereof, the Motion to Withdraw Petition is hereby GRANTED.
