REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3816 - AN ACT TO DELETE ITEM 114, PARAGRAPH "a," AND TO INSERT A NEW ITEM UNDER PARAGRAPH "b," OF TITLE A, SECTION ONE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-ONE HUNDRED AND ONE.

AN ACT TO DELETE ITEM 114, PARAGRAPH "a," AND TO INSERT A NEW ITEM UNDER PARAGRAPH "b," OF TITLE A, SECTION ONE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-ONE HUNDRED AND ONE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Item 114, paragraph "a," Title A, Section one of Republic Act Numbered Thirty-one hundred and one, entitled "An Act appropriating funds for public works, synchronizing the same with previous public works appropriations," is hereby deleted.

SEC. 2. Under paragraph "b," Title A, Section one of the same Act, a new item is hereby inserted to read as follows:

"191. Bogo National Hospital, Bogo, Cebu .... P50,000.00"

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
