RE : Seminar on Corporate Governance
Please be reminded of the final extension to June 30, 2003 of the deadline for all directors of banks, NBQBs and trust entities to attend the special seminar on corporate governance required under Circular No. 296 dated September 17, 2001.
The extension was earlier contained in Circular No. 370 dated February 17, 2003.
Failure to attend such seminar would be a ground for disqualification as a director of a bank, NBQB or a trust entity.
