MAPA, J.:
SEDITION; RESISTING THE AUTHORITIES.—From the Court of First Instance of Bohol. The accused was convicted of sedition and sentenced to imprisonment for four months. Held, That the evidence does not show that he participated in any uprising or counseled resistance against the authorities. Judgment reversed; defendant acquitted.
