REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1422 - AN ACT TO CHANGE THE NAME OF THE KABANKALAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SITUATED AT KABANKALAN, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, TO ESTEBAN R. ABADA MEMORIAL SCHOOL.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The Kabankalan Elementary School situated at Kabankalan, Negros Occidental, is hereby named and to be known henceforth as the Esteban R. Abada Memorial School.

SEC. 2. The Director of Public Schools shall effect the change immediately upon the approval of this Act. SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
